We recently had our RV vandalized and parts stolen. The person that did it left our Navion on jacks in my driveway. My insurance company told me it could wait until the next week but Mother Nature had other intentions and blew the RV off the jacks and in a heap in my driveway.
We called the RV shop and an angel by the name of Janet answered the call. She was patient and best of all listened intently to the story. The next person we met by phone was Sabrina. This is not a paid or compensated statement! Sabrina took over very gently and set our minds at ease immediately with her professional demeanor and wealth of knowledge. She took care of a very difficult towing company owner who simply would not listen to us and had him complying before he knew what happened. Janet and Sabrina were simply amazing and I got a chance to drive up to see them yesterday.
Janet and Sabrina were exactly the same in person as they were on the phone. Both seem to know me and were sympathetic and understanding. Everything was explained and I left feeling that my RV could not have wound up in a better place!
I also had the very distinct privilege of meeting
" Bear". Bear greeted me in the parking lot and I almost forgot where I was as he had me engaged in a conversation that I wanted to continue with him. Bear is a genuine man and was fun to work with. He is a very kind and gentle person and my respect level for him is over the top.
These people have made a terrible situation tolerable with their honesty, integrity and TEAM approach! I could never say enough great things about this business but I tried.
