Our most recent call to The RV Shop was because our camper door became misaligned and was very difficult to close. I made an appointment for a mobile visit, and two days later the tech showed up in our driveway. Kenny was AMAZING. Friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and just a great human being. It's hard to trust a business has your best interest at heart these days, but Kenny blew it out of the water. We ended up having to order a new door and I requested Kenny be the one to come and do the install. He was on time, got the job done, and was just as awesome as before.
