Hi everyone. I can’t explain enough how professional this place is. I found out about it from the dealer I bought my new camper from and thankfully I did. Because my brand new camper had leaks in two slides. I called them and they had no idea who I am and they made me feel like we've been friends for years. They called me almost daily to keep me up to date. I never had to call them. This place is 2 hours from my house and there’s no way I would choose anywhere else for help with my camper. Great thanks to rose zaina jim tom jack and tom. Awesome awesome people so friendly to me.from a scale of 1 to 10 id give them a 12. Thanks again everyone at the rv shop.

Tech came out and did everything he could and came to same conclusion I did, slide controller is shot. Now hopefully the company that made me call a tech will back their product and I can call the tech back to install the controller and I can open and close my slide correctly.

In life you have to sometimes be willing to simply try taking a chance on something new. I’ve always depended on having my RV serviced at one particular service center which is far from my home. However, recently I tried The RVshop in new castle Delaware. The staff that I encountered were all professional and they all showed a high level of care for my Rv. I’m thankful for this experience and I plan to consider The Rv shop for my future RV service needs.

Your man Mark came right up and helped me out. I know it wasn’t the type of job he really wanted to do and I should’ve been able to do it myself but boy was he a grand help and I thank you very much for all you guys did thank God for those two bottle jacks new bottle jacks that he had on his truck.

What a great team they have here, from the front office with Jim and Zaina accommodating my tight schedule and working with the manufacturer, to the the technicians :Tom Coleman, Ken Taylor, Dave Cope, and Mike Kaplan working hard to get my roof repaired before we move! Those boys deserve a rub-n-tug on the company dime! 100% recommend, get people and work which is hard to find these days!
