Their technicians quickly determined that the root cause of the damage was an improper factory installation of the leveling jacks. The jacks had been mounted too low to the ground and were out of specification from the manufacturer. Our repair manager, Steve, went above and beyond by providing detailed photographs of the improper installation after RV technician Mitch began disassembling the system. Having that documentation was extremely helpful in understanding exactly what had gone wrong.
What impressed me most was the communication throughout the entire repair process. Steve kept us informed every step of the way with frequent text messages and phone calls, ensuring we always knew the status of the repairs. Since we had an upcoming trip planned, time was critical, and The RV Shop completed the work quickly and professionally so we could stay on schedule.
They even saved the damaged and replaced parts so I could personally see the issues they discovered during the repair process. That level of transparency and customer service is hard to find these days.

I wrote the above review before getting home… THEN THIS HAPPENED….
Well, sometimes RV ownership has a way of keeping things interesting.
Shortly after bringing my repaired RV home, I managed to accidentally damage the rear passenger-side compartment door. I’m not exactly proud of that accomplishment, but I suppose it’s all part of the RV ownership experience. At this point, I’m trying to focus on finding the positives in the situation.
The timing couldn’t be worse. We are scheduled to leave on a six-week trip on June 29th, so I now find myself needing another repair on fairly short notice. This evening, I called The RV Shop after hours and spoke with their answering service, who advised me that Steve will be contacting me tomorrow morning.
Based on the exceptional service, communication, and professionalism Steve and the team have already shown during my previous repair, I have a feeling that if anyone can pull off a miracle and get this repaired in time for our trip, it’s The RV Shop. They have already earned my trust once, and I’m hopeful they can help me out again.
I’ll update this review once I know more, but so far my confidence in Steve, Mitch, and the entire team remains extremely high.
