I am a first time customer. I am very impressed by their business ethics. I had some sub flooring the had to be replaced. I also needed to replace my A/C air unit. I received phone calls to keep up to date on the progress of the work to be done. They are the only shop I will use for future needs. PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS on their website. I was very impressed. All work is done inside. When I went to pickup my rv, it was being scrubbed down, cleaned up, and treaded the tires.
If ratings went to 10 stars, I would not hesitate to give the a SOLID 10.

Trying to find a company that will come to you on site and fix your engine on your RV is very difficult. Especially a 1987 Econoline 350 drivable camper. We were in a pickle. We were supposed to move sites but the engine wouldn't start. We called THE RV SHOP. They had a very experienced technician to us in about 2 hours. Mark Stallman, the technician, was determined to get us back on the road. And he did that same day. We don't know what we would have done if we hadn't found the RV shop. And the price was right. Very reasonable. The staff on the phone was great too. We thank you again. Sean and Connie C

We had an amazing experience with the RV shop. We drove over an hour to their shop intending to leave our almost new RV with them. The staff came out and did a walk through of our rv and pointed out some cracks in our structures we did not know where there. The staff urged us to not leave our rv there, which would have resulted in them making a lot of money off of us. They urged us to call back the manufacturer and fight them on covering the cost. The staff is honest and reliable, and we will be back to trust them with all of our further repairs. Shout out to the customer service Zach and Kenny both provided, with giving us their full opinions of the damages.

Tech was very polite and professional. RV Shop ordered a part from Amazon and had it next day, unfortunately, the part broke upon installation. Tech did a good job of troubleshooting and gave me clear information so I can fix the issue when I get a factory original part.

This place isn’t just amazing at repairing recreational vehicles of all kinds, it seems like a dream place to work with how friendly everyone is. As a mechanic myself, talking to some of the employees here made me want to apply for a position. Ethan, Felix, and Bobby did a phenomenal job on the repairs made to my RV. The thing came back looking better than it had from the factory and I’m still trying to figure out how that’s even possible. The courtesy wash alone is enough motivation to bring my RV back for more repairs. All my questions and concerns had been addressed and repaired. They could have easily overcharged me and had made unnecessary repairs but they were honest and explained everything thoroughly. The RV Shop wasn’t out to make any extra money or to try and convince me into other things not needed even though their smiling faces might have been able to. There is no other place like it. Their quick and accurate repair team makes losing quality time during camping season a thing of the past. My RV looks exactly how it was intended when originally engineered. The only downside to this place is not having more time to spend fraternizing with the wonderful staff. From the techs to the front office, everyone’s happy and joyful which makes this a great place to do business. Thank you all and I can’t showcase my appreciation enough for giving me advice when needed over the phone without trying to drag me back into the shop. That rare feature is one of the many reasons I will never stop bragging about this repair facility. Worth any amount of drive time to get here just knowing the quality of the repair will always be above what I have experienced in the past.
